Commission structure and payouts

Here is exactly how commissions work in the Nuhah Ambassador Programme.

Commission rates

• £20 for each annual Premium subscription (£99.99/year)
• £10 for each monthly Premium subscription (£9.99/month)

Commissions are per subscription, not recurring. You earn the commission once when someone subscribes through your link.

The retention gate

To protect against refunds and early cancellations, commissions start in a "pending" state and move to "eligible" after a retention period:

• Annual subscriptions: 60 days after the subscriber signs up
• Monthly subscriptions: 90 days after the subscriber signs up

If the subscriber cancels before the retention gate clears, the commission is voided. If they stay subscribed past the gate, your commission becomes eligible for payout.

Payouts

• Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all eligible commissions
• Minimum payout threshold: £50 (if your balance is below £50, it rolls over to the next month)
• Payment methods: PayPal or Wise (you choose during setup)

Tax responsibility

You are responsible for declaring any ambassador earnings to HMRC. Nuhah does not withhold tax on your behalf. If you earn more than £1,000 from self-employment in a tax year, you may need to register for Self Assessment. We recommend speaking to an accountant if you are unsure.
