By joining the Nuhah Ambassador (affiliate) programme, you agree to the terms below. These terms are a contract between you and Maqia Systems Ltd trading as Nuhah, the company that operates the app. If you don't agree, don't sign up.
You must be at least 18 years old to join. You must provide accurate contact, tax, and payment information and keep it up to date. You cannot be an employee or contractor of Maqia Systems Ltd.
£20 per Nuhah Premium annual subscription attributed to your affiliate link (including sales that used the nuhahyearly promotional code).
£10 per Nuhah Premium monthly subscription attributed to your affiliate link.
Commissions are flat amounts and are not a percentage of the gross sale. Attribution is last-touch: the most recent click from any of your affiliate links within the 60-day cookie window wins.
Commissions are not immediately payable. They pass a retention gate first:
If the customer's subscription is cancelled or refunded within the gate, the commission is cancelled (void). If the gate has passed, the commission stays even if the customer cancels later.
Eligible commissions are paid monthly, on the 1st of the following month, via PayPal or Wise (your choice, configured on your dashboard). Payments are made in GBP.
There is a £50 minimum payout threshold. Balances below £50 at month end roll over to the next month.
If your payout details are missing or invalid at the time of payment, we may delay the payout until you correct them.
The following will result in termination of your participation and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:
When you share your affiliate link in any public-facing content (social media, blog, newsletter, YouTube, podcast, etc.), you must disclose the commercial relationship clearly and conspicuously, as required by the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Acceptable disclosure labels include #ad, #advert, #paidpartnership, or the phrase "Paid partnership with Nuhah" placed near the top of the post. A vague hashtag buried at the end is not enough.
Disclosure is your legal responsibility, not ours. We may require you to edit or remove non-compliant content and may terminate your participation if you repeatedly fail to disclose.
You are responsible for declaring any affiliate income to HMRC (or the relevant tax authority in your country of tax residence). Maqia Systems Ltd does not withhold tax from your payouts.
Payouts are made gross of tax. We may request a self-employed tax ID or VAT registration number if your annual earnings exceed HMRC reporting thresholds.
We may pause or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate for cause — for example, a breach of section 5 or 6 — you forfeit any unpaid pending commissions.
You may leave the programme at any time by emailing ambassadors@nuhah.app. If you leave in good standing, we will pay out any commissions that have passed their retention gate at the next regular payout.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any material change to these terms (for example, a change to commission rates or payment terms). We will notify you by email to the address on your Nuhah account. Your continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Minor clarifications that don't change your commercial rights may be made without notice; the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
