Nuhah is a pregnancy tracking tool. It provides general information and guidance but is not a replacement for professional medical care. Use it alongside your midwife and healthcare team, not as a substitute. You own your data.
Nuhah is a pregnancy tracking and journaling tool that provides weekly milestone information, curated informational notes, photo upload and journal features, essentials checklists and comparison guides, and partner sharing via private links.
Nuhah is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare service. The information provided is for general educational purposes only. It is based on publicly available medical research and UK NHS guidelines, but it does not constitute medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Always consult your midwife, GP, or healthcare provider for medical decisions.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should only use Nuhah under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login email secure and for any activity that occurs via the magic link sent to that email. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@nuhah.app and avoid forwarding or sharing the login email. We use magic link authentication (no passwords) to reduce security risks.
You own your data.
All pregnancy data, journal entries, photos, and other content you create in Nuhah belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or licence over your content. We store your data solely to provide the service to you. You can export your data in a common format at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
When you generate a partner share link, anyone with that URL can view your shared pregnancy data (milestones, photos if enabled) unless you have added password protection or set an expiry. You are responsible for sharing this link only with people you trust. You can revoke access at any time by regenerating or disabling the link.
Free tier: Available to all registered users at no cost. Includes core tracking, milestones, essentials checklists, partner sharing, and limited photo uploads.
Premium tier: Available via monthly (GBP 9.99/month, excluding VAT where applicable) or yearly (GBP 79.99/year, excluding VAT - save 33%) subscription. All prices are in GBP. Includes unlimited photos, appointment tracker, weight and symptom logging, and more.
Payments: Processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. We may offer a free trial period from time to time. If we do, any trial will be clearly marked and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Price changes: We may change Premium pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email and can cancel before the new price takes effect.

With your consent, we also use Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and build audiences for our own marketing. These tools collect pseudonymous browsing and usage data. We do not display third-party advertising within Nuhah. Nuhah may contain links to external websites and resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.
All Nuhah logos, branding, app design, and non-user content are the intellectual property of Nuhah LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
We aim to keep Nuhah available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, design, or content at any time to improve the service, including to comply with law or regulatory requirements. If we make changes that significantly affect your use, we will notify you.
Nuhah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law: we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any information provided by Nuhah, we are not liable for data loss (though we take reasonable precautions including regular backups), and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of Nuhah.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your rights to use Nuhah cease immediately, but you may still request an export of your data within 30 days.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, internet service disruptions, or government actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are accessing Nuhah from outside the UK, you may also have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email and we will summarise the key changes in any notice. Previous versions of these terms are available on request. Continued use of Nuhah after changes constitutes acceptance.
