Nuhah is a pregnancy tracking tool. It provides general information and guidance but is not medical advice. Use it alongside your midwife and healthcare team, not instead of them. You own your data.
Nuhah is a pregnancy tracking and journaling tool that provides weekly milestone information, curated informational notes, photo upload and journal features, essentials checklists and comparison guides, and partner sharing via private links.
Nuhah is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare service. The information provided is for general educational purposes only. It is based on publicly available medical research and UK NHS guidelines but does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your midwife, GP, or healthcare provider for medical decisions.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login email secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us at support@nuhah.app. We use magic link authentication (no passwords) to reduce security risks.
You own your data.
All pregnancy data, journal entries, photos, and other content you create in Nuhah belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or licence over your content. We store your data solely to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
When you generate a partner share link, anyone with that URL can view your shared pregnancy data (milestones, photos if enabled). You are responsible for sharing this link only with people you trust. You can revoke access at any time by regenerating or disabling the link.
Free tier: Available to all registered users at no cost. Includes core tracking, milestones, essentials checklists, partner sharing, and limited photo uploads.
Premium tier: Available via monthly (GBP 9.99/month) or yearly (GBP 79.99/year - save 33%) subscription. Includes unlimited photos, appointment tracker, weight and symptom logging, and more.
Payments: Processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Price changes: We may change Premium pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email and can cancel before the new price takes effect.

We aim to keep Nuhah available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, design, or content at any time to improve the service. If we make changes that significantly affect your use, we'll notify you.
Nuhah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law: we are not liable for any decisions you make based on information in Nuhah, we are not liable for data loss (though we take reasonable precautions including regular backups), and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of Nuhah after changes constitutes acceptance.
