Inside each expanded milestone card, you will find info notes: short, curated content cards written to help you at that specific stage of your pregnancy.

What they cover

Each week has 1 to 3 info notes covering a mix of topics:

• Informational: What is happening with your baby's development, what changes to expect in your body
• Practical: Things to think about this week, appointments to book, preparations to consider
• Supportive: Reassurance, encouragement, and tips from other parents

The content is not generic. Each note is timed to your specific week, so you are only seeing what is relevant to where you are right now.

Where the information comes from

All medical and health information in Nuhah's info notes is sourced from authoritative UK guidelines, including the NHS, NICE, RCOG (Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists), and RCM (Royal College of Midwives). We take accuracy seriously and review content regularly.

How to read them

Tap any milestone card on your timeline to expand it. Info notes appear in the expanded view alongside your milestone detail, photos, and journal entry. They are there whenever you want them, but never intrusive.
