Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Nuhah. If it is not right for you, here is how refunds work.

Within 14 days

If you contact us within 14 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Just email support@nuhah.app with the email address you used to sign up, and we will process it promptly.

After 14 days

Refund requests after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are a small, independent team and we are always fair. If there is a genuine reason you are unhappy, get in touch and we will do our best to help.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method you used (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Important to know

• Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Cancellation stops future charges, while a refund returns money already paid.
• If you have used the service for a significant portion of your billing period, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund.
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions are still eligible for the 14-day refund policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@nuhah.app with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address linked to your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
