Managing your subscription

All subscription management happens through the Stripe customer portal, a secure page where you can view and update your billing details.

How to access it

Go to your Profile tab, then tap "Manage Subscription." This opens the Stripe portal in your browser.

What you can do in the portal:

• View your current plan (monthly or yearly) and next billing date
• Switch plans between monthly and yearly
• Update your payment method (change card, switch to Apple Pay, etc.)
• View and download invoices for your records
• Update your billing email if you want receipts sent to a different address
• Cancel your subscription (see "How to cancel" for details)

Your card details are safe

Nuhah never sees or stores your payment information. Everything is handled by Stripe, which is used by millions of businesses worldwide and is PCI-DSS compliant. When you update your card in the Stripe portal, the information goes directly to Stripe's secure servers.

Having trouble?

If the "Manage Subscription" link is not working or you cannot access the Stripe portal, try signing out and signing back in. If the issue persists, email us at support@nuhah.app and we will help.
