How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time, no questions asked.

How to cancel

  1. Go to your Profile tab.
  2. Tap "Manage Subscription."
  3. In the Stripe customer portal, tap "Cancel plan."
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

Your Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on day 10 of a monthly subscription, you keep Premium access for the remaining days of that month. If you are on a yearly plan, you keep access until the year is up.

After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

Your data is never deleted

Cancelling your subscription does not delete any of your data. Your journal entries, photos, appointments, symptom logs, and everything else you have recorded during your Premium period is kept safe. You simply lose access to Premium-only features (like unlimited uploads and appointment tracking) until you resubscribe.

If you later decide to resubscribe, all your data will be there waiting for you.

Cancelling does not trigger a refund

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. If you would like to request a refund, see our Refund policy article.
