How referral tracking works

When you join the Ambassador Programme, you get a unique referral link and a dashboard to track your performance.

Your referral link

Your link looks like: nuhah.app/?ref=yourname

When someone clicks it, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 60 days. If they subscribe to Nuhah Premium within that 60-day window, the conversion is attributed to you.

How attribution works

• Last-click attribution: If someone clicks multiple ambassador links before subscribing, the most recent click gets the credit.
• 60-day cookie window: The person has up to 60 days after clicking your link to subscribe. After 60 days, the attribution expires.
• Cross-device: The cookie is browser-based, so if someone clicks on their phone but subscribes on their laptop, it will only track if they use the same browser.

Your ambassador dashboard

Once approved, you can view your dashboard from your account settings. It shows:

• Total clicks on your referral link
• Conversions (how many people subscribed through your link)
• Pending commissions (waiting for the retention gate to clear)
• Eligible commissions (ready for payout)

Self-referral detection

If you try to use your own referral link to subscribe, it will be detected automatically and the commission will be voided. The ambassador programme is for recommending Nuhah to others, not for discounting your own subscription.
