Deleting your account

If you want to delete your Nuhah account and all associated data, you can do so by contacting us.

How to request deletion

Email support@nuhah.app with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address linked to your account. We will confirm receipt and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

All data associated with your account is permanently removed, including:

• Your pregnancy record (dates, gestational age, baby name)
• All journal entries
• All uploaded photos
• All appointment records
• Symptom and weight logs
• Your share link and any partner access
• Your account profile

Timeframe

We will remove your data within 30 days of receiving your request. In most cases, it happens much sooner.

This is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. Once your data is removed, it cannot be recovered. If you think you might want to come back, consider simply signing out instead, your data will remain securely stored.

Cancel your subscription first

If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it through the Stripe portal before requesting account deletion. This ensures no further charges are made. If you forget, let us know in your email and we will help sort it out.

Export first if you want a keepsake

If you are a Premium subscriber, you can export your pregnancy data as a PDF before deleting your account. See "Exporting your pregnancy data" for details.
