Our refund promise

Pregnancy is unpredictable. If you need to leave Nuhah for any reason, including pregnancy loss, change of circumstance, or you simply do not find it useful, write to us and we will refund the unused portion of your subscription. No forms. No retention calls. No "are you sure?" pop-ups. Just email refunds@nuhah.app and we will sort it within 14 working days.

How it works

Monthly subscription (£9.99/month): No refunds on the monthly plan, you simply cancel. Cancel anytime from your account settings, you keep access until the end of the current billing month and you are not charged again.

Annual subscription (£99.99/year, or £49.99 first year with the launch promo): Cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel within 60 days of your renewal, we will refund the full annual amount. After 60 days, we will refund the unused portion (pro-rata, by month).

Pregnancy loss, bereavement, or change of circumstance: We will not ask you to explain. Email refunds@nuhah.app with the email you signed up with, tell us you would like a refund, and we will issue one regardless of how long you have been a subscriber. We can also delete your account on the same request if that is what you would prefer.

How to cancel

  • Sign in to Nuhah and go to Settings
  • Tap Manage Subscription in the Premium section, this opens the secure Stripe customer portal
  • Click cancel, that is it, you can do this any time

If you cannot reach the settings page for any reason, just email refunds@nuhah.app and we will cancel and refund for you.

What happens to your data

When you cancel a subscription, your account stays active on the free plan and your pregnancy data stays where it is. Premium features (unlimited photos, journal entries, exports, weekly emails, advanced trackers) are simply paused. You can re-subscribe later and pick up exactly where you left off.

If you ask us to delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, all pregnancy data, photos, and journal entries. This is irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention details.

What this does not cover

We will not refund:

  • Charges that were already refunded or reversed via your bank or card issuer (a chargeback)
  • Cases where the same email has repeatedly subscribed and refunded as a way of using Premium without paying. We will refund the current charge and decline future subscriptions on the account.

That is the only fine print. The promise above is the rule.

Your statutory rights

This promise sits on top of your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital subscriptions are generally outside the standard 14-day cooling-off period because access is granted immediately, but our refund promise above is more generous than those rules require. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
